Information from Merchants

Store Data: We may access product catalogs, product IDs, and images to allow you to tag products within your videos.
Payment Data: Billing information is processed securely through your e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify) or a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card details.
Information from Shoppers
When shoppers interact with the ShopReel video widgets on a Merchant's store, we automatically collect specific usage data to provide our analytics services to the Merchant:
Interaction Data: Video views, watch times, clicks on product tags, and "Add to Cart" actions.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device type to ensure our videos load correctly across all platforms.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use the information collected to:
Deliver and operate the ShopReel video widgets seamlessly on your storefront.
Provide real-time analytics and performance tracking for merchants.
